Qualifications

Essential

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience.
  • Registered Paramedic (HCPC) or Nurse (NMC).
  • Full manual driving licence for 3+ years with category C1 entitlement.
  • IHCD, L3 CERAD, or other emergency driving qualification recognised by IMAS.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training or above (e.g., PGCE). If not held, commitment to completing within 24 months and hold L3 Award in Education and Training (L3 AET) at appointment.
  • L3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (L3 CAVA).
  • L4 Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification. If not held, commitment to completing within 24 months.
