Department Overview & Mission

The Client Solutions department is at the forefront of Fenergo’s growth strategy. The team works closely with prospective clients to showcase the product’s capabilities and align solutions to client needs. By leveraging deep industry and product knowledge, the team helps clients achieve both tactical and strategic goals, demonstrating the quantifiable value Fenergo can deliver.

Purpose of the Role

Deliver impactful pre-sales support for Fenergo’s sales opportunities, acting as a trusted partner to prospects and the sales team.

Independently run demos, workshops, and solution scoping exercises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored product demos and solutioning workshops.
  • Support RFP responses and contribute to defining project scope.
  • Collaborate with Sales on opportunity strategy and positioning.
  • Translate business requirements into proposed Fenergo solutions.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product teams on client and market needs.
  • Ensure high-quality client deliverables (presentations, demos, proposals).
  • Build strong working relationships with prospects and internal teams.
Desired Experience
  • 2–4 years’ experience in consulting, pre-sales, or financial services.
  • Demonstrable success in client-facing presentations and workshops.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial services and regulations (AML/KYC) an advantage.
  • Organised, adaptable, able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
