Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

Contract Length: 6 months (Hybrid 3 days in office)

About Us

Join a dynamic and fast‑paced Client Onboarding team dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our institutional clients. We partner closely with Sales and Trading desks to ensure a seamless onboarding journey that meets all Tax, Credit, Legal, AML/KYC, and Regulatory standards.

Role Overview

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process for both new and existing institutional clients across multiple lines of business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a compliant and timely onboarding experience. Your ability to liaise effectively with various internal teams will be crucial in facilitating a smooth transition to trading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for institutional clients, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Act as the main contact for clients, providing timely updates and maintaining compliance throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, AML/KYC, and Operations to streamline onboarding efforts.
  • Monitor and communicate onboarding progress with key stakeholders, proactively resolving any roadblocks or delays.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system readiness to enable clients to begin trading upon completion of onboarding.
  • Advocate for client perspectives to support the ongoing development of our service model and technology platforms.
  • Drive initiatives to advance tools, technology, and processes that better serve our evolving client base.
  • Aim to position the organisation as an industry leader in onboarding, exceeding client expectations and aligning with strategic goals.
  • Protect existing revenue while enabling new revenue through successful onboarding processes and multi‑fund launches.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, account management, or a similar role within financial services.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC, regulatory, and documentation requirements for institutional onboarding.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple onboarding processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in using workflow tools; familiarity with onboarding platforms is advantageous.
