A prominent healthcare organization in Nottingham is seeking a Clerical Officer/Receptionist to provide essential support for the busy Breast Screening department. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Applicants should be GCSE educated and have experience in a general office setting. The position offers a salary of £24,465 per annum and is permanent with a part-time working pattern.
Job summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Nottingham Breast Institute at the City Hospital for a Clerical Officer/Receptionist. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who likes to be busy and working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative, to provide Clerical/Receptionist support for the busy Breast Screening department.
This is a full time post. Duties will be undertaken at the Nottingham Breast Institute on the City Hospital Campus and Ropewalk House in central Nottingham.

The successful candidate needs to be computer literate, experienced in the use of electronic communications and be confident during face to face and telephone interactions with patients and visitors. They will be a point of contact for patients at the Breast Institute and Ropewalk House and act as an information resource for staff and visitors. Knowledge of hospital systems i.e. Medway, PAS and DHR is desirable, however training can be provided.
