Working Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role

TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high‑footfall for a motorway service station.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas – including public toilets and shower facilities.

You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues.

Shifts

35 hours per week, 5 days over 7, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Pay

£14.27ph

What You’ll Need
  • Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Own vehicle – due to the location, there is no public transport access
