Overview

Position: Class 2 Driver

Location: Lutterworth (LE17 4XN)

Grade: RCS. P

Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (start time between: 05:00-07:00am)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We are offering a £500 sign on bonus (Bonus paid after completion of probation period - 3 months)

Play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

Typical day / Responsibilities

• Transportation and delivery of products (Tyres)
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products (physically demanding role)
• Delivering up to 300 tyres to various customer locations per day (multi-drop, nationwide deliveries)

Qualifications / Requirements

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Over 3 month experience of Class 2 Driving would be desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to comply with the outlined start time (please see information above)
