You will drive claims functions and implement new strategies to enhance operational efficiency. As this is a Senior Leadership role within one of this organisation’s core functions, it is essential that you have a demonstrable track record of success in a leadership role within the insurance market. You should also have hands-on experience within Motor insurance operations, majoring on claims (including knowledge of liability assessments, third party interactions and litigation). Just as importantly, you will have the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs effectively, with experience in aligning operations to financial targets.
As this is a highly visible role within the Senior Management Team, you must be able to inspire, motivate and develop diverse teams, as well as forge a positive and collaborative culture across multiple sites.
