Location:Lincoln, Lincolnshire (with travel to other offices as required)

Salary:Competitive, based on experience
Hours:Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.15pm | 36.25 hours per week)

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload ofcivil litigation matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to individuals and businesses. Areas of work include:

• Commercial and Residential Landlord & Tenant disputes
• Consumer law claims
• Boundary disputes
• Contentious probate matters

You’ll also play a key role inbusiness development, working with our marketing team to promote the department and enhance the firm’s reputation.

About You:

• QualifiedSolicitor or Chartered Legal Executivewith experience in civil litigation
• Confident, structured and proactive approach to case management
• Strong communication and client care skills
