Chef de Partie - Busy Restaurant - Solihull area

The Role
  • Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be assisted by junior chefs
  • Working to AA Rosette level in the kitchen using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
  • Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service plus events and functions
The Person
  • You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
  • Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
  • Have experience of working with all fresh food, ideally to AA rosette level or above
