Change Manager

Hybrid Work
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our clients Main Civils Team on a major infrastructure project in the West Midlands. You'll play a key role in managing change control processes for ensuring scope, cost, and programme integrity across main contracts and subcontracts.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain robust change control procedures.
  • Manage scope changes to deliver within budget and programme.
  • Conduct cost and programme benefit analysis for value assurance.
  • Ensure recovery of cost and time impacts for all client changes.
  • Issue and respond to notices and formal contract communications promptly.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure effective communication.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience.
  • Membership of RICS, ICE, or CIOB.
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Highly organised with excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, databases, and web-based software.
  • Cooprative relationship builder with attention to detail.
