HiQ Tyres & Autocare has an exciting new opportunity for a Centre Manager to join the team in our Henley on Thames Centre. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, with no weekend or Bank Holidays worked.

Excellent negotiable salary depending on skills and experience.

What you will be doing as a Centre Manager:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive technical staff, ensuring they are adequately resourced and skilled to meet Company and customer objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance, harmonized culture where achievements are celebrated, and underperformance is effectively managed.
  • Ensure that operational performance consistently meets Company and customer KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Oversee stores costs and margins, driving improvements where necessary.
  • Maximise profit and turnover through effective resource management and operational excellence.
  • Set clear objectives for each department, with planning and execution to ensure targets are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and deliver strategies that align with the Company's broader objectives, ensuring business goals are consistently achieved.
  • Support the Company in achieving consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate key merchandising activities, ensuring robust stock management routines are in place.
