Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in construction, design, or health and safety.
• Recognised construction-related qualification or demonstrable experience.
• Relevant health and safety qualification such as IOSH and/or APS membership.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the role of CDM Principal Designer throughout project lifecycle.
• Prioritise workload across multiple projects.
• Identify and mitigate construction-related risks.
• Produce and review CDM-related documentation.
• Ensure clear communication among project parties.
