Make a difference as a Catering Team Leader

Our catering team is responsible for the essential job of keeping our guests and colleagues fuelled and hydrated, ready for the adventure that awaits them!

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food tasty and appealing, and our guests happy and well looked after.
Qualifications & requirements
  • Three or more months experience within a catering role.
  • A level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
  • Experience of working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position.
  • Great interpersonal skills to connect with guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence to handle complex dietary & allergen requirements and maintain excellent food safety standards and procedures.
