We’re looking for a Site Catering Manager & Office Support to join our team at Ottolenghi Richmond. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the drive to build relationships and deliver seamless catering experiences.

As the point of contact for site-based catering, you’ll be responsible for sales, planning, and smooth execution, ensuring our catering offering reflects the quality and creativity Ottolenghi is known for. You’ll also provide key administrative support, helping the site run efficiently day to day.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive catering sales by building relationships with local businesses, venues, and repeat clients
  • Manage catering enquiries and deliver events to the highest standard
  • Liaise with suppliers, FOH, and BOH teams to ensure smooth planning and execution
  • Maintain and update menus and labels across Deliveroo, Slerp, and Catersoft
  • Handle catering administration, including invoices, payments, dietaries, and allergens
  • Support daily site admin, including cash-up procedures, banking, and expense processing
  • Take part in weekly sales and catering meetings with the Catering Manager
