Job description

As our Category Specialist Shop & Workshop, you’ll play a key role in strengthening and growing our product categories. You support the Category Manager by keeping product information accurate, performing market research, coordinating with teams across product content, marketing, and supply chain, and contributing to promotional planning and execution.

Your work helps ensure smooth category operations, strong sales performance, and informed decision-making. You’ll dive into product data, monitor market and customer trends, and help shape and execute product lifecycle strategies.

Your role

Contribute to achieving category goals within the category plan aligned with our purchasing and sales strategy.

Prepare analyses and reports on commercial trends and performance to support data-driven decision-making.

Create and optimize online product content, including descriptions and titles, ensuring they meet SEO best practices.

Monitor and analyse product performance throughout its lifecycle, staying up to date on market developments to keep products competitive.

Review current processes and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and effectiveness within your area of responsibility.

Build strong working relationships across teams, delivering reliable, high-quality support with guidance from senior colleagues.

Prepare and organize complex documents and consolidate data for reports and presentations.

Provide input, data, and analysis for the development and review of business cases.

Who are you?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience

Understands market dynamics and uses this knowledge to support organizational goals.

Adapts communication to different audiences and shares information clearly and proactively.

A strong analytical mindset is key.
