A national charity organization is seeking a motivated individual to contact perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess risk levels and facilitate behavior change. This role includes delivering both group-based programs and one-on-one support while collaborating with a dedicated team. The position requires evening and weekend work and offers a competitive benefits package, including flexible working options and generous annual leave.
This role will contact consenting perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change, facilitate group-based programmes (both online and in person), and deliver 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions. The post holder will work with a team of adult and children and young people practitioners, managed by a Senior Behaviour Change Caseworker.
The role will include out of hours and weekend working, estimated at two evenings per week, or as dictated by the business needs of the service.
