A leading facilities management company is looking for a Carpenter / Fabric Technician in Westminster. The role involves maintenance of a historic building, requiring expertise in carpentry and general building repairs. Candidates must have experience in a heritage environment and be prepared to work outside normal hours. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, with rota in place for weekend working and on call

The Carpenter / Fabric Technician plays a key role in the planned and reactive maintenance of a grade one listed, historic building in central London and is responsible for the delivery of maintenance services to include but not limited to carpentry, decorative and general building fabric repairs and maintenance. They will also play a key role in the provision of services to a number of stakeholders including resident offices, exhibitions and events.
