Duties:

• In accordance with each client’s unique care plan, offering personal care and support services in their homes.
• Helping clients with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and cooking.
• Assisting customers with transfers and mobility as required.
• Developing a close relationship with customers and their families in order to guarantee their comfort and welfare.
• Tracking and informing the care team of any changes in the health or behaviour of the clients.
• Keeping thorough and current records of the care given.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a comparable position is necessary.
• A kind and considerate disposition towards customers.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• The capacity to function both individually and together.
• Strong work ethic, trustworthy, and dependable.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
