• 1 year of experience providing care is required.
• Must possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone enquiries.
• Maintain communication with care and support workers.
• Build and maintain professional relationships.
• Identify gaps in the rota and source new packages of care.
• Process new client referrals.
• Prepare documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
• Manage client and worker documentation.
• Assist with team meetings and event organization.
• Manage annual leave.
• Produce reports and manage information as required.
