We are looking for kind, reliable and caring individuals to join our Reablement team as a Home Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carer in Woodbridge. If you’re ready to support your local community and make a real difference in the lives of the people we care for, we’d love to hear from you!

Areas covered: Woodbridge, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Felixstowe, Hadleigh and the surrounding areas.

Shift patterns: 0700-1400 or 1500-2300 or long days. Other shift patterns and non-regular bank work may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with medication
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Helping with shopping and light household tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK - Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Tier 2 sponsorship at this time
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
