Overview

Choose when you want to work! You will provide excellent levels of care to 28 adult service users, following personalised care plans for each resident. Your role will involve ensuring that every resident is respected and helping them live a happy and fulfilled life. You will cater to their personal care needs, assist with mobility, and prioritize their physical and psychological well-being. Other responsibilities may include performing domestic tasks, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and promoting the welfare of the adults in your care.

Responsibilities

Follow personalised care plans for each resident and provide compassionate care to adults with varying needs. Support personal care, mobility, and daily living activities. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and dignity in all care tasks. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and promote residents’ welfare.

Qualifications
  • Have referenceable work history
  • Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (e.g., moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults, infection control)
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or be registered on the DBS Update Service
  • Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience in a care setting

This is an ongoing position.

Working hours are from 21:45 to 07:00 daily. Hours are available between Monday to Sunday — you tell us when you are available to work, and we will work around you!

Pay

The rate of pay for this role is £13.00 per hour.
