West London NHS Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse or Physiotherapist to join the Hounslow Community Respiratory Service. This Band 6 role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver specialist, patient-centred rehabilitation for adults with long‑term cardiac and respiratory conditions, including those diagnosed with Long COVID, across home, clinic, community venues, and virtual platforms.
