The vacancy: Are you passionate about business education and ready to inspire the next generation of business leaders? We are seeking a dynamic and committed Business Lecturer to join our team on a fixed-term basis. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching across a range of Business, Management and Enterprise programmes, including our new T Level Management and Administration qualification. This is a fixed-term role up to July 2026.

  • Teach and support students across a range of business programmes, including T Levels
  • Act as Programme Tutor, providing guidance and support to students
  • Develop curriculum materials and deliver engaging lessons using innovative teaching methods
  • Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality assurance processes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, external stakeholders, and employers to support student success and work experience opportunities
Qualifications
  • Hold a relevant subject-related degree or equivalent qualification
  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification or be working towards one
  • Minimum Level 2 in Maths and English
  • Strong knowledge of business, enterprise, finance, management, and administration subjects
  • Extensive experience in the field of business, management, or finance
