A healthcare organization in Maidstone is seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the Children and Young Persons & All Age Eating Disorder Directorate, promoting awareness of targets and generating performance reports. Strong analytical skills and a valid UK driving licence are essential. The organization values diversity and is committed to improving mental health care in Kent and Medway. Please note, at this stage, the role is open only to internal staff (including NHSP and Agency staff currently on placement within our organisation) and staff substantively employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). This post will work to support the portfolio of the Children and Young Persons & All Age Eating Disorder Directorate.
Works to support the trust in the development and co-ordination of performance and business management processes to ensure comprehensive service performance monitoring and development.
A key member supporting their assigned operations directorate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to produce effective performance reports to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
