The Role

What will you be doing?

• Deliver analysis that shapes business strategy and operational priorities.
• Translate data into recommendations and work closely with teams to bring these to life.
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify reporting and insight needs.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that make data accessible and actionable.
• Build and maintain key insight assets such as KPIs, customer segmentation models, and performance frameworks.
• Act as a data champion, helping colleagues understand and leverage insights through guidance and documentation.

Experience required

At least 2 years' experience in an analytical role, working with large, complex datasets.

• A structured approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to turn analysis into commercial action and influence decision-making.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen to build trusted relationships.
• Proficient with Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).
• Educated to degree level in a numerate or analytical discipline or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-have skills

• SQL / BigQuery knowledge and an understanding of database principles.
• Familiarity with Qlik Sense or Qlik View.
• Experience in campaign evaluation, predictive modelling, or operational research.
