A leading business development consultancy is seeking a Business Development Team Leader in Glasgow. The role involves managing a team and directly engaging in client campaigns to drive sales and optimize outcomes. Route-to-Market (RtM) Consulting is a leading business development and demand generation consultancy helping organisations grow their revenue and extend market reach. We're now looking for a Team Leader to join our team in a dual role, combining people management with hands-on campaign delivery.
You will divide your time 50/50 between leading a team and working directly on client campaigns. You will be expected to manage delivery quality, develop your team, and maintain direct involvement in outbound calling and lead qualification.
