Job summary

A forward-thinking tech startup is seeking a motivated sales professional to enhance its outreach strategies and customer engagement. In this role, you'll implement effective sales initiatives, engage potential customers across various channels, and collaborate closely with the product team. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. This position is in-person at the Central London office, focused on driving impact in the HR tech space.

Qualifications

  • 1 or 2 years of sales/customer‑facing work experience, ideally in SaaS.

You’re excited by
  • Identify and implement effective strategies to improve our outbound inside sales engine
  • Create and prioritise a list of target accounts based on growth objectives
  • Identify, attract and engage with potential customers to build up pipeline using a variety of channels – email, phone, social, chat and more
  • Assess mutual fit quickly while providing potential customers with a delightful experience
  • Build up knowledge about our product and its value to customers
  • Collect insights and share with the Product team to help us build a better product solving real pain points for customers
This is what will get us excited about you
  • 1 or 2 years of sales/customer‑facing work experience (ideally in SaaS)

  • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to empathise with potential customers and to distill information
  • Methodological, highly organised and with a natural propensity to solve problems

This is an in‑person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
