Are you a proven BDM in the passive fire protection industry looking for your next big opportunity?

This role puts you right at the heart of a fast‑growing business where your fire protection expertise and commercial drive will directly shape the company’s success

and your own.

We’re looking for someone who truly understands fire protection. Industry experience is essential.

You’ll be joining a supportive, ambitious team where high performance is recognised, rewarded, and genuinely valued.

45K circa base with an OTE of in excess of 90K based on meeting targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generating and winning new contracts, using your industry knowledge and network.
  • Working closely with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored, commercially sound proposals.
  • Leading the tender process from initial assessment through to award.
  • Accurately estimating costs, timescales, and resources for passive fire projects.
  • Maintaining strong pricing structures and documentation to support confident business decisions.
  • Using Excel to manage reporting, costings, and project data.
  • Staying current with products, systems, and innovations from key manufacturers (Rockwool, Quelfire, Protecta, TBA Firefly, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years experience in passive fire protection firestopping, intumescent coatings, steel encasement, or related works.
  • Proven business development experience within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail‑driven.
