About the Job

As a Business Development Manager in the Talent Solutions division, you’ll be a key driver of growth for tailored learning and development programs.

  • Identify, engage and convert new clients for skills and development programs
  • Position apprenticeship levy-funded and specialist learning solutions as strategic tools for workforce transformation
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand their organizational skills needs
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying further opportunities
  • Cross-sell wider business services to maximize client value
  • Maintain accurate reporting, CRM management and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey

This is a consultative sales role with meaningful influence and the opportunity to shape workforce capability across multiple sectors.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in Business Development or sales, ideally managing senior or C-suite relationships.

  • Proven ability to win new business and bring in new clients
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple clients
  • A consultative, solution-focused approach to selling
Desirable (not required)
  • Understanding of apprenticeships or L&D
  • Existing network of relevant industry contacts
  • CRM proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for prospecting
