The Position

Supporting the team around you by adding value and strategic thinking to everything that crosses your path, you view everything as an opportunity, and you’ll stay alert, ready to introduce new ideas and analyse markets to enhance the studio’s output.

Making the most out of your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll build rapport with the team and clients alike, looking to influence stakeholders and drive opportunities forward.

You’ll stay up to date with industry developments, emerging trends and new technologies to keep your team ahead of the curve. Always looking for ways to improve and develop, you’ll represent the agency with skill and passion.

What We’re Looking For

A self-motivated and target-driven individual who is always willing to learn – with a solid background in sales, new business and growing accounts.

We’re looking for strong communication skills; you’ll know your stuff when it comes to understanding client needs, plus you know the project delivery process like the back of your hand.

Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities are key here, so you’ll be more than happy to talk us through your proven track record of success when it comes to strategic approaches and ambitious goals. Lastly, any experience within an advertising agency already would be a real bonus for this one, too.
