A leading aerospace company is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive initiatives in Submarines and Civil Nuclear sectors. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, support business development lifecycle, and create strategic materials. When you join Rolls‑Royce as a Business Development Lead, you’ll support across Submarines and Civil Nuclear energy. You’ll play a pivotal role in pursuing and winning new business, developing best‑practice approaches, and ensuring collaboration across Strategy, Customer, Government Relations, Technical, and Commercial teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of opportunities with differing customers and requirements, while gaining exposure to major national programmes and long‑term growth projects.

As a Business Development Lead, you will be supported by internal teams across Strategy, Customer, Government Relations, Technical, and Commercial functions to ensure you have the insight, tools, and guidance needed to succeed. You will coordinate activities across the business development lifecycle, supporting campaigns from early solution development through to bid and client engagement.
