We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding People Solutions division in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in generating new business, building lasting relationships with potential clients, and developing your sales career with full training and support. Whether you're experienced in business development or looking to kick-start a career in insurance sales, this role offers genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

What you'll do
  • Outbound sales & lead generation: Engage with professional businesses across the UK, identify partnership opportunities, and build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Relationship building: Develop rapport over the phone and progress to face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, tailoring your approach to open new doors.
  • Sales targets: Work towards clear, achievable goals while contributing to the wider growth of the business.
What we're looking for
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives on new business development and shows resilience under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and keep conversations flowing.
  • A proactive attitude with the drive to strengthen and refine sales techniques.
  • Previous sales or insurance experience is helpful, but not essential - full training provided.
