Location: Newton Aycliffe

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £65,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Closing Date: Wednesday 1 October 2025

Tasks

Leading the mobilisation of new services, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is effectively tracked

Driving quality improvements by delivering insightful reports on service outcomes

Managing and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional care while meeting financial and operational goals

Acting as Responsible Individual when required, ensuring services are fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory standards

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including Ofsted, social workers, and local authorities

Championing our values and ensuring our vision and purpose are embedded in every aspect of service delivery

Requirements

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and service development

A compassionate and inspiring leader with experience in children’s residential care

Deep knowledge of children’s social care regulations and frameworks

A collaborative mindset, able to work across clinical, education, and outdoor teams

A commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and professional development

Valid Passport copy
