• Experience working as a Business/Functional Analyst.
• Strong track record in writing BRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Proven ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable specifications.
• Knowledge of payment schemes and messaging formats (ISO20022, UK CHAPS, Faster Payments, AFT).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile project environments.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Overview

As a Payments Business/Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CGI All Payments to meet the needs of a global client base. You will collaborate with clients and project teams to transform business challenges into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.

This is a hybrid position; you will work in our London or Glasgow office 2/3 days a week and travel to client sites as required for implementations. Some travel within Europe may also be possible.
