Responsibilities
  • Champion the modernization of Data Architecture and Management across the organization.
  • Lead governance activities, including committee coordination, issue resolution, and strategic planning for Data Architecture and Management.
  • Ensure alignment with Technology Data Principles, Technology Policy Data Standards, FDO capabilities, Enterprise Architecture, and the Data Governance Office (DGO).
  • Oversee the delivery of updated Technology Data and Architecture Management standards and procedures, including the definition of key metrics and the establishment of a Control Committee.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in Data Architecture and Management, such as metrics implementation (e.g. Project Cortex).
  • Foster a culture of engagement, continuous learning, and professional development within the Data Architecture and Management community.

  • Extensive experience in data governance, management, and strategic design and implementation.
  • Proven leadership in driving large scale data transformation programmes.
  • Strong background in risk management, issue remediation, and navigating regulatory environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a proven ability to plan and deliver complex initiatives.
  • Skilled in developing executive level presentation materials that drive decision making.
  • High level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
