A healthcare organization is seeking a part-time, enthusiastic individual for an administrative role within the Outpatients and Associated Services Management Team. Applicants should have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in coordinating meetings and diary management. We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who will work to the Outpatients and Associated Services Management Team providing a comprehensive business and administrative service. You will have an excellent track record in co-ordinating meetings, including agendas, minute-taking and fully supporting those meetings. You will have a solid background in diary management.
You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. A working knowledge of DATIX would also be desirable.
