Job Description
- Conduct thorough building surveys to assess condition and compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure all works adhere to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to manage project timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical advice and support to stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, works, and project progress.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Building Surveyor should have:
- Relevant qualifications in building surveying or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting property surveys and reporting.
