Job description

We are seeking experienced and hardworking Surveyors and Valuers to join our team, offering a generous 55% commission of the fee.

Ideal candidates will be proactive, flexible, highly motivated, and capable of self-management. They should be able to work independently, with a strong desire to maximize earnings.

As a self-employed consultant, you have the flexibility to work when, where, and how you choose.

We are looking to recruit additional Chartered Surveyors to meet the increasing demand for our services.

We require competent and experienced AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified surveyors with at least three years PQE. Responsibilities include conducting surveys and valuations of residential and commercial properties across Greater London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, and Berkshire.
