Building Surveyor needed in Portsmouth

The rate is £23.70ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will assist with the coordination of planned maintenance services for all areas within Capital Assets. They will assist with the management of a professional, customer focused building maintenance service in order to deliver a safe and reliable environment which will fulfil the current and future requirements of the organisation and will manage delegated improvement, repair and maintenance projects.

They will foster and maintain collaborative ways of working and develop effective working partnership / customer relationships both within the organisation and externally and will assist in preparing for and successfully meeting the challenge of Best Value in so far as it may affect the function of the post
