The Building Surveyors' role

Joining the firm's highly regarded National Programmes team, the successful Building Surveyor will support and lead on a wide range of exciting projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail. This diverse portfolio ensures a varied and rewarding workload.

The Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of professional services, including party wall matters, pre-acquisition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, employer's agent responsibilities, contract administration, and project management. The role offers an ideal balance of technical delivery and client-facing engagement.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process.
