The Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Building Surveyor to join our growing London office. You will play a key role in delivering professional surveying services to our clients, including:

  • Conducting condition surveys, defect analysis, and technical due diligence inspections
  • Preparing schedules of dilapidations, schedules of condition, and maintenance plans
  • Managing refurbishment, fit-out, and repair projects from inception to completion
  • Preparing specifications, tender documentation, and overseeing contractor performance
  • Advising clients on building compliance, sustainability, and asset enhancement
  • Liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and fellow consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
  • Degree in Building Surveying (or related discipline)
  • MRICS qualified or working towards APC completion
  • Solid technical knowledge of building pathology, construction methods, and legislation
  • Strong report-writing, client-facing, and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and commercially aware with a high attention to detail
Salary
  • Salary between £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience
