We’re hiring a Brand Manager to lead how our brands are seen, experienced, and communicated across all digital channels.
Dreibach Ltd is a fast-growing FMCG importer and e-commerce business, operating across leading online marketplaces and retail channels. Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency of brand presentation across marketplaces, product content, social channels, packaging, and campaigns.
- Lead brand storytelling that strengthens recognition, trust, and customer connection.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaign plans for product launches, seasonal activity, and growth initiatives.
- Work with the advertising / performance marketing team to align creative direction with paid media objectives.
- Identify audience opportunities, trends, and insights to shape messaging and campaign concepts.
- Brief creators, review content quality, and ensure alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Support testing of creative variations to improve engagement, conversion, and brand resonance.
- Lead the brand and marketing elements of product launches from concept to execution.
- Develop launch messaging, content plans, and storytelling assets across marketplaces and channels.
- Coordinate timelines with advertising, design, packaging, and e-commerce teams.
- Work closely with the design team on brand visuals, creative assets, and campaign materials.
- Partner with the packaging team to ensure product design reflects brand identity and market positioning.
- Contribute to packaging improvements, refresh projects, and innovation briefs
- Monitor campaign results, brand performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Translate insights into creative and strategic improvements.
- Support brand reviews and growth planning with clear recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience defining and developing brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across digital channels.
- Track record of maintaining brand consistency across marketplaces, social media, product content, packaging, and campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience leading marketing strategies and campaigns for product launches and growth initiatives.
- Ability to translate audience insights and trends into creative messaging and campaign concepts.
- Experience managing brand storytelling, creative assets, and collaboration with design, packaging, and e-commerce teams.
- Data‑driven approach to monitoring campaign performance and using insights to improve brand impact.
- Experience mentoring or working with creative teams to deliver high-quality, on‑brand content.
Pay - £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
This role is hybrid - working from home on Fridays
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
28 days of annual leave per year (including bank holidays)
