A leading civil engineering firm is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to manage bids for rail and drainage projects. The position allows for hybrid working, with 3 days from home per week. Overview

Are you a Bid Manager with experience working on rail and drainage projects?

Location: West Drayton, Maidstone, Swindon, Cardiff or Fleet office + 3 days working from home

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum DOE + car allowance circa £4800 + 10% bonus scheme

My client is looking to add a Bid Manager to their team to work on a portfolio of rail drainage and civils projects nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing incoming bids, meeting bid deadlines and identifying new bid opportunities, with no pricing involved.
  • Work with the Estimator and report into the Rail Director.

Requirements
