As a Bar Person, you’ll craft high-quality cocktails, serve a range of beverages, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise will shine in a fast-paced, elegant environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless service
• Adhere to health, safety, and licensing regulations

• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends
