We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Acute Physiotherapist to join our team in Leeds. This role is essential in providing high-quality physiotherapy services within an acute hospital environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, ensuring effective discharge planning, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the physiotherapy department.

Responsibilities:
As an Acute Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for patients in an acute hospital setting. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and timely discharges, provide education and support to patients and their families, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Your role will also involve participating in departmental meetings, contributing to service development, and ensuring compliance with NHS standards and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • HCPC registration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an NHS setting
