Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed‑term position working with the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust and Finchley Memorial CDC as a Quality Governance Manager. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Operations Manager, the post holder will support the development and dissemination of patient safety, risk and patient experience strategies within the service, fostering a culture that ensures clinical quality, risk management and patient experience remain top priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and dissemination of patient safety, risk and patient experience strategies within the service.
  • Foster a culture amongst teams that prioritises clinical quality, risk management and patient experience.
  • Assist the Senior Operations Manager in quality governance for the fixed‑term role.
