Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at the Macmillan Cancer Centre. This role is crucial in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our haematology-oncology patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, particularly in the administration of systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT).
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying and releasing oral and IV SACT, providing patient counselling on SACT and supportive medications, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care in the haematology-oncology specialty. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
