The band 5 Registered Nurse role is to assist, without direct supervision, in the delivery of high standards of nursing care to patients in the community by following prescribed programmes of care. The role involves working autonomously and a car driver/owner.
This post requires a motivational and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about patient care. You must be flexible, approachable, compassionate, motivated, and hardworking and be able to use your own initiative.
The post holder will be expected to work days and weekends including bank holidays, 37.5 hours per week. Part time/Flexible working will be considered.
