  • Notify patients and ensure timely bookings and correct preparations.
Job description
Overview

The post holder will offer World Class Care to service users, staff, colleagues, clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fully trained and conversant with the Radiology Information System and CRS Cerner for accurate patient data entry and enquiries.
  • Understand the need for timely booking of appointments and the importance of correct preparation by patients for their procedure.
  • Notify patients of their appointments and provide appropriate information and instructions.
  • Liaise with wards regarding correct patient preparation.
  • Provide an efficient, effective and proactive administrative support service for the Community Diagnostic Centre, based at Finchley Memorial Hospital, liaising with patients, Radiographers, Technicians and Service Leads.
  • Schedule appointments for a range of imaging appointments and liaise with patients and members of a multi-disciplinary team to support the effective and efficient running of the imaging service.
  • Work within Finchley Memorial Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) & Wood Green CDC, and occasionally attend other Royal Free London sites.
