  • In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CMIOSH, IMaPS or equivalent).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate CDM Principal Designer to join a leading multidisciplinary practice. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality Health & Safety expertise across a wide range of projects, while also contributing to the growth and development of the business.

The Role

As Associate CDM Principal Designer, you will:

  • Lead and deliver CDM advisory services and Principal Designer duties across diverse projects.
  • Provide expert Health & Safety guidance from early design stages through to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams and contractors to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Drive business development, strengthening client relationships and supporting service growth in London, Bristol and Cardiff.
  • Work closely with regional teams to share expertise and enhance service delivery.
